This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the planning and execution of projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, considering dependencies and resource needs.
• Take ownership of, develop, and actively monitor project plans.
• Consolidate and document the project’s scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, opportunities, issues, and quality requirements.
• Manage project scope and maintain customer expectations within the commercial framework.
• Provide and oversee project documentation for tracking and auditing purposes.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenses, providing early warnings of any deviations.
• Collaborate with Senior Commercial Accountants on revenue booking, cost forecasting, and tracking.
• Develop and update plans for project resource allocation, coordinating staff availability and scheduling.
• Engage and manage internal departments, customers, and third-party stakeholders through a matrix management approach.
• Establish and uphold project governance structures with distinct roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
• Contribute to project health check evaluations.
• Recommend enhancements to project delivery methodologies, in collaboration with Delivery Support.
• Identify, log, monitor, and address project risks and issues; escalate when necessary.
• Create project highlight reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and implement quality management processes.
• Procure goods and services from internal or external providers while managing compliance and variances.
• Collaborate with Service Transition to transition project outputs into operational services.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and budgets transparently, securing customer and stakeholder agreement.
• Set direction and align expectations among stakeholders.
• Manage both internal and external stakeholders based on their influence and interests.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple concurrent and complex projects within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Familiarity with and experience in delivering Microsoft technologies, solutions, and services.
• Proficiency in utilizing planning, monitoring, and governance techniques, including risk, issue, assumption, dependency, and decision management.
• Proven track record in managing the delivery of large and complex change programs/projects.
• Established capability in stakeholder management, including engagement with C-level executives.
