📋 Description

• Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for the implementation of ModMed's product suite.

• Supervise daily operations of the Project Management team, which includes conducting staff one-on-ones, reviewing project portfolios, managing escalations, fostering talent development, conducting performance evaluations, engaging in merit discussions, and liaising with departmental leaders.

• Engage in departmental process enhancements and initiatives.

• Focus on achieving key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and time to activation.

• Create new implementation methodologies to enhance scalability.

• Deliver status reports and updates to stakeholders, encompassing portfolio and business reviews.

• Maintain quality standards by evaluating the performance of Project Managers.

• Utilize CSAT data to inform decision-making and provide coaching.

• Address issues raised by CSAT detractors and identify recurring problems.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align capacity with forecasts and budgetary constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, with a focus in Business or Healthcare.

• 1-3 years of experience in leading a team of project managers.

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or related fields.

• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

• A background in healthcare is preferred.
