Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Achieve stakeholder agreement to endorse the proposed project plan prior to execution.

• Develop project governance frameworks, including processes, decision-making models, and management tools.

• Organize regular stakeholder meetings and allocate tasks as per the project plan.

• Track and oversee project progress, tasks, and critical path elements.

• Frequently update project plans and document any changes.

• Ensure that project documentation is centrally stored and accessible for compliance purposes.

• Identify and manage scope changes according to established policies.

• Facilitate project closure, obtain stakeholder sign-off, and conduct debriefing meetings.

• Contribute to the enhancement and development of Enterprise Health organizational process assets.

• Ensure the successful implementation of the Enterprise Health solution from pre-sale to go-live.

• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.

• A minimum of three years of experience in business analysis and/or technical/software project management.

• Solid background in project management, ideally within the medical software sector.

• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver projects punctually and within budget.

• Experience in pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management software.

• Ability to convert customer business needs into project specifications.

• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at managing diverse teams.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and training abilities.

• Strong skills in issue recognition and problem-solving.

• Leadership and team management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel (up to 20%).

• PMP certification is preferred.
