• Management of projects within audiovisual settings and conference facilities

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in audiovisual settings and conference facilities

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing processes and services

• At least 1 year of experience in user experience (UX)

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality management

• At least 1 year of experience in providing technical support to customers

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing collaborative environments

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree

• Possession of ITIL 4 certification

• Experience in delivering user experience training
