Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily production of an assigned portfolio of typically 4–8 KodeKloud courses from initiation to launch.

• Develop and manage ClickUp projects, including task lists, assignments, statuses, and timelines for each course.

• Facilitate instructor recordings, slide and Remotion design, video editing, language checks, labs, LMS uploads, and launches.

• Delegate daily tasks to Learning Experience Designers and video editors, manage workloads, and address any blockers.

• Coordinate with instructors to confirm recordings and assets, share previews, manage studio bookings, and finalize re-recording lists.

• Assess every lecture for technical accuracy, adherence to templates, elimination of filler words, broken segments, blurred footage, and narration quality.

• Direct fixes, monitor review time, and strive for zero known defects at launch.

• Manage launch checklists, request coming-soon pages, provide metadata to Product, upload courses to Vimeo and the LMS, confirm lab readiness, and publish launch announcements.

• Monitor Userback and Support escalations, prioritize learner-reported defects, coordinate resolutions, and track issues to completion.

• Deliver weekly course status updates, contribute to monthly output reports, and maintain contribution records in HiBob.

• Collaborate with Labs, Marketing, Product, and Support teams, documenting transitions in ClickUp.

• Utilize approved AI-assisted production tools, identify AI-generated content, and ensure compliance with the standard production pipeline.

• Determine task sequencing, defect resolution strategies, and when to escalate at-risk courses to the Senior Project Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, content production, or educational technology.

• A project management certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Google Project Management Certificate, or similar is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one within the first 12 months.

• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks, owners, and deadlines accurately without constant prompting.

• Strong attention to detail and an awareness of quality assurance.

• Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of slide and video production.

• Experience or comfort with Remotion, Vimeo, and LMS publishing.

• Clear and courteous communication skills with external instructors and internal teams.

• Comfort with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and Userback.
