Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide projects from initiation to completion while adhering to established timelines and budgets.

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Inspire and lead project teams to encourage collaboration and teamwork.

• Create detailed project plans and monitor their progress.

• Recognize and address project risks and issues effectively.

• Manage project finances and deliver precise cost forecasts.

• Enforce quality control measures to ensure adherence to project and client standards.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply innovative project management techniques.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives forward.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, ideally within the real estate or construction sector.

• Proficient in project management software.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to forge and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proven track record of leading and motivating project teams.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Professional certification in project management (PMP) is preferred.

• Experience in a global and matrixed organization is preferred.

• Familiarity with industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards is preferred.

• Knowledge of digital tools and technologies relevant to project management is preferred.

• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities are preferred.

• Capacity to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
