Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management, addressing issues and enhancing team capabilities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project aims.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Track project advancement, detect potential risks and issues, and deploy strategies to tackle challenges.

• Interact with stakeholders to manage expectations, offer updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.

• Develop and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related area is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• A proven history of successfully overseeing projects from initiation to completion, focusing on delivering results within scope, time, and budget limits.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage project teams and prioritize tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are beneficial.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a dedication to achieving project objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
