Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Analyze project Statements of Work to determine timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and strategic direction.

• Manage expectations regarding project scope and communicate any deviations from the initial scope.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver Project Change Requests.

• Develop and monitor implementation Project Plans.

• Facilitate bi-weekly sprint planning sessions and daily standup meetings.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Maintain projections for resources and project timelines.

• Identify, monitor, resolve, and escalate project risks and issues as necessary.

• Direct project planning and status update meetings.

• Communicate project progress and timelines through regular status reports.

• Coordinate custom solutions across various departments.

• Establish criteria for project deliverables and conduct reviews.

• Develop, manage, and archive project documentation.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire project team members.

• Facilitate and share insights from project lessons learned.

• Participate in internal PMO meetings and integrate lessons learned into project and process improvements.

• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field as specified in the educational requirements.

• Currently, we are not considering candidates from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, Washington, or New York.
