Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of customer implementation projects from inception to completion.

• Lead the definition of solutions, allocate resources, guide project direction, build teams, manage budgets, resolve non-conformities, and handle overall risk management.

• Plan, direct, and manage projects and associated personnel utilizing project methodologies and tools.

• Conduct team and client meetings, ensure prompt follow-up, and hold project team members accountable for their responsibilities.

• Develop and oversee project plans that encompass objectives, strategies, staffing, and timelines.

• Create and sustain thorough project documentation while contributing to the evolution of methodologies.

• Design solutions, address conflicts, act as the first-level escalation point, and ensure delivery aligns with customer business value.

• Manage client expectations and daily interactions effectively.

• Identify and mitigate risks while providing timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate professional services delivery and advocate for future software and services opportunities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor team members, and contribute to the team's repository of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.

• Strong experience in industry verticals or solution areas, including ECM or relevant solution implementation experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, including MS Project and Visio.

• Familiarity with program/project management software.

• Experience in providing guidance, mentorship, and support to developing team members in a professional services setting.

• Ability to manage change and navigate risk and uncertainty in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Capability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Skill in developing and maintaining strategic working relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with flexibility for additional travel depending on customer needs.

• Proficiency in German is required.
