Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure coordination and accountability.

• Recognize and address project risks, challenges, and dependencies.

• Manage changes in project scope and assist in decision-making processes.

• Lead project meetings and relay progress updates to leadership.

• Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate change management and process enhancement initiatives.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance.

• Collaborate with business, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage risks, enhance communication, and support organizational transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and project management software.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulated environments is a plus.

• Background in supporting system implementations, strategic initiatives, or operational improvement projects is advantageous.
