This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete project lifecycle by utilizing the Grantek Project Management Methodology to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects.

• Guide and nurture multidisciplinary project teams to achieve successful project results.

• Provide mentorship and direction to team members and project resources.

• Track project performance against predefined scorecard metrics.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with or surpasses scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and exceptional service for clients and project teams.

• Hold regular project review meetings to evaluate progress and address organizational challenges.

• Foster and promote a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace culture.

• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams on project execution, resource allocation, and business goals.

• Enhance accountability, communication, and alignment among project stakeholders.

• Encourage continuous improvement and the advancement of project management best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold at least one of the following degrees: B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field.

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering complex projects.

• Strong comprehension of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.

• Proven leadership and mentorship experience within a project-driven environment.

• Candidates must reside in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA).

• Must be open to working overtime and during non-business hours when necessary.
