Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete project lifecycle utilizing the Grantek Project Management Methodology

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams

• Provide mentorship to project team members and resources

• Assess project performance against established scorecard metrics

• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards

• Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service

• Facilitate regular project review meetings

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams on project execution, resource planning, and business objectives

• Promote accountability, communication, and alignment among stakeholders

• Encourage continuous improvement and the adoption of project management best practices

• Create a positive, engaging, and collaborative work atmosphere

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in one of the following: B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field

• At least 5 years of experience overseeing projects through the entire project lifecycle

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering complex projects

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities in a project-driven environment

• Must reside in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia

• Willingness to travel up to 30% across PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA

• Open to working overtime and non-business hours when necessary
