Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise small to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites-of-products, or product/equipment-only projects.

• Ensure successful project delivery, accountability for profit and loss, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Provide direct or indirect leadership and management for project resources.

• Oversee staffing and performance development activities.

• Implement project policies and strategies utilizing technical expertise, analytical skills, and experience.

• Apply best practices and coordinate the project area with related functions.

• Suggest solutions for complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles.

• Utilize internal and limited external resources for decision-making.

• Serve as a resource for less-experienced team members.

• Lead small, low-risk projects while fostering team consensus.

• Communicate information clearly, convey performance expectations, and address sensitive issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Project Management for positions outside the USA; knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

• For roles based in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Proven project management skills.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

• Willingness to undergo a drug screening, as necessary.
