Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the progression of projects as Gainwell aids clients in achieving improved health and human services outcomes through innovative technology.

• Oversee one or more large project management teams by translating operational goals and objectives into actionable plans.

• Drive project planning, monitoring, and management by offering guidance and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed with quality and on time.

• Engage with clients, company leadership, and project team leaders; assess and communicate project metrics and status; suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Develop project timelines, program definitions, budgets, and objectives to guarantee high-quality project deliverables throughout all phases.

• Coordinate projects across teams by identifying risks and implementing strategies for risk mitigation.

• Set expectations for agreed-upon project performance by collecting, providing, and tracking project metrics.

• Maintain current and precise project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives throughout the entire project management life cycle.

• 3 or more years of preferred experience in Medicaid or Medicare.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies or a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

• Capacity to lead and translate broader program objectives into clear and attainable project scope and milestones.

• Leadership skills to train, mentor, and guide junior team members.

• Strong executive presentation abilities and effective communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and transition between tasks swiftly.

• Ability to articulate project priorities and inspire direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to take action.

• Video cameras are mandatory during all interviews and in the first week of orientation.

• Must reside within the United States.
