Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive software project initiatives from start to finish

• Create and track schedules, milestones, and the critical path

• Manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles across various workstreams

• Adjust plans in phases as the project progresses

• Ensure compliance with project scope and contractual obligations

• Monitor contract changes, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones

• Manage team workload, planned efforts, and resource availability

• Act as the main executive contact for the client

• Proactively identify risks and communicate potential impacts prior to affecting deliveries

• Clearly document decisions, responsibilities, and next steps in a traceable manner

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software project management

• Proven experience with multi-module programs, ERP implementations, or highly complex projects

• Proficient in schedule management, dependency control, and critical path management

• Skilled in planning and adjusting plans in phases

• Expertise in risk and scope management

• Experience with corporate client contracts

• Management of project scope, contract changes, milestones, and acceptance criteria

• Review and monitoring of effort- and capacity-based estimates

• Familiarity with man/month, FTE, and team ramp-up planning

• Experience leading executive meetings with clients

• Proficient in managing expectations and negotiating priorities

• Ability to communicate risks, impacts, and decisions in a structured manner

• Preparation of meeting minutes and formal follow-up documentation

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred)

• Experience with transformation programs or ERP rollouts (preferred)

• Familiarity with development teams guided or supported by Artificial Intelligence (preferred)

• Experience in projects involving multiple vendors, squads, or cross-functional areas (preferred)
