Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of Workday.

• Create and uphold a comprehensive testing plan.

• Oversee testing activities across both functional and technical workstreams.

• Monitor testing progress, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and overall readiness.

• Organize test-cycle execution and subsequent activities in collaboration with the Test Manager.

• Manage the interdependencies among testing, defect resolution, deployment, and cutover.

• Aid the Cutover Manager in formulating and sustaining the cutover plan and runbook.

• Coordinate cutover activities, including owners, dependencies, and criteria for completion.

• Assist with cutover rehearsals and ensure go-live readiness.

• Facilitate planning and status meetings.

• Propel follow-up actions with stakeholders.

• Deliver status reports and oversee risks, delays, and dependencies that impact testing or cutover.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.

• Background in supporting Workday implementations.

• Strong emphasis on detailed test planning, coordination, and cutover preparation.

• Capability to create and maintain thorough testing plans, encompassing activities, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.

• Proficient in coordinating testing activities across functional and technical workstreams.

• Skilled in tracking testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness in line with the project plan.

• Ability to collaborate with the Test Manager during the execution of test cycles and follow-up activities.

• Competence in managing dependencies among testing, defect resolution, deployment, and cutover.

• Experience in supporting the development and upkeep of detailed cutover plans and runbooks.

• Ability to coordinate cutover activities, including responsible parties, dependencies, and completion criteria.

• Experience in assisting cutover rehearsals and ensuring overall go-live readiness.

• Proficient in facilitating planning and status meetings while driving follow-up actions.

• Clear capability in status reporting and managing risks, delays, and dependencies.

• A collaborative team player.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Strong sense of urgency and prioritization abilities.
