Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of customer products, re-implementations, and internal projects in collaboration with Customer Operations leadership and Executive Sponsors.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines from initiation to completion.

• Track deadlines and proactively identify risks or obstacles.

• Handle daily project communications, including status reports, meeting documentation, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure projects remain on track.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding scope, timelines, decisions, and modifications.

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

• Keep project management tools current and accurate.

• Act as the primary liaison for projects and manage both client and internal expectations.

• Appropriately escalate issues to leadership to enhance customer satisfaction and product value.

• Adhere to and enhance project management processes and templates.

• Identify, engage in, and lead initiatives for process improvement with the Customer Operations team.

• Travel occasionally to customer sites or company meetings, up to 10%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing technical, cross-functional projects within enterprise software development settings.

• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Enablement teams.

• A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, or similar applications.

• Understanding of Agile or Scrum product development methodologies.

• Capacity to work independently within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification, or actively pursuing one.

• Genuine interest in an internal project role with the potential for growth into a client-facing Project Manager position.

• Knowledge of EverTrue’s product suite and integration points is advantageous.
