This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Guide all involved parties toward a unified objective, even in challenging scenarios.
• Evaluate change requests based on their value addition.
• Work with the project team to prioritize change requests.
• Contribute to the agile modification of resource plans and milestones.

• Initial professional experience in a coordinating capacity within an IT context, such as PMO, Customer Success, Test Coordination, or as a Key User.
• Eagerness to advance toward a career in project management.

• Business-fluent in German.
