Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project delivery activities for mid-to-large scale initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and operational timelines.

• Create and uphold detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.

• Organize project and Steering Committee meetings, provide updates on progress, and escalate issues as needed.

• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to convert logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables.

• Coordinate efforts across various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

• Develop processes as needed and maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, SharePoint document repositories, meeting agendas and minutes, and status reports.

• Contribute to the enhancement of Project Management Office processes, standards, and templates.

• Create project dashboards in Smartsheet that integrate into portfolio management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven Project Management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Prior hands-on experience in coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, ideally within service supply chain logistics or similar sectors.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects, facilitating execution across multiple teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, with the capability to support hybrid project environments when suitable.

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is preferred.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• A demonstrated commitment to supporting project execution, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring delivery excellence.

• High proficiency in project management tools, such as Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, and MS Project.

• Must possess the current and ongoing right to work in the United States without any restrictions or expirations.
