Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage strategic, cross-functional initiatives for DEUNA’s major enterprise accounts in the US

• Take ownership of project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance processes

• Collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams

• Establish project governance, communication rhythms, ownership responsibilities, and escalation protocols

• Identify and oversee risks, obstacles, and cross-functional dependencies

• Facilitate decision-making and address critical issues

• Deliver structured project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

• Manage business-critical customer milestones and ensure internal organizational readiness

• Track project health, progress, risks, and decisions through effective reporting and dashboards

• Conduct retrospectives and enhance DEUNA’s operational model and project execution

• Ensure alignment with customer goals and DEUNA’s business priorities

• Influence teams and foster accountability without direct reporting authority

• Emphasize project orchestration, stakeholder alignment, governance, risk management, and executive visibility rather than technical implementation or daily customer execution

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or similar cross-functional roles

• Proven track record of managing complex projects involving various business and technical stakeholders

• Experience working with enterprise or strategic customers, ideally in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or technology sectors

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments

• Experience overseeing projects from planning through execution, stabilization, and post-project evaluation

• Experience collaborating directly with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams

• Demonstrated capability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder landscapes

• Strong project management and planning skills

• In-depth knowledge of project planning, dependency management, risk management, and project governance

• Ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and executive reporting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to grasp technical concepts and dependencies without necessarily being accountable for technical delivery
