This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee several small-scale technical and/or non-technical projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
• Manage modifications to project scope, timelines, and budgets using suitable verification methods.
• Create project plans, forecasts, and schedules.
• Collect and document project requirements, constraints, and assumptions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define project deliverables through planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups, and project charters.
• Develop work breakdown structures, project organization charts, cost/budget plans, communication strategies, risk management, quality assurance, and resource allocation plans.
• Convey project plans and ensure alignment among stakeholders and project team members.
• Implement project plans, oversee budgets and forecasts, and monitor and control project activities.
• Assess project performance, identify and quantify variances, execute corrective measures, and report findings.
• Carry out approved risk-mitigation strategies and workarounds.
• Foster team unity, guide, mentor, train, and inspire project teams.
• Assist in larger project initiatives under senior management.
• Manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Delegate tasks as a team leader and verify completion and quality.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated general management, project analysis, or project management experience, which includes at least 1 year of project management experience; OR, if lacking a degree, a combined total of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years of proven general management, project analysis, or project management experience, with at least 1 year in project management.
• Proficient in using personal computers and relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of project scope, objectives, team member roles, and responsibilities.
• Capability to develop project plans, forecasts, and schedules.
• Competence in managing budgets, risks, quality, resources, communications, and change controls.
• Awareness and compliance with company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
• Ability to identify risk-related issues that need escalation.
• Skill in maintaining internal control standards and executing audit/regulatory actions.
