Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of internal, departmental, and customer-oriented projects throughout CSI.

• Facilitate project handovers from sponsors and conduct kickoff meetings.

• Create and enhance project plans according to scope, complexity, and impact.

• Delegate project roles to team members and review milestones with clients.

• Set up and manage project configurations.

• Maintain consistent communication with project teams and oversee risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Monitor progress in relation to plans, scope, and timelines.

• Review time reporting compared to planned efforts.

• Conduct internal and client status meetings while providing written updates on project status.

• Raise risks and issues that may affect project success.

• Conduct post-project evaluations, gather customer feedback, and assess satisfaction levels.

• Enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and profitability.

• Mentor and assist other Project Managers.

• Act as backup for department leadership when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing multiple, complex projects.

• Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional initiatives and engage with stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to handle competing priorities and drive projects to successful completion.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is preferred.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
