Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive implementation and projects for Cleo's B2B integration, EDI, and Supply Chain Solutions.

• Strategize and carry out customer implementation initiatives.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource distributions.

• Facilitate project kickoff and status meetings.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests.

• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and customer teams.

• Monitor project advancement and deliver regular updates.

• Ensure client satisfaction and a successful go-live experience.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance artifacts.

• Leverage AI to expedite project delivery by formulating implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements, and generating documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech).

• 6-9 years of experience in Project Management.

• Proficiency in SaaS implementation projects.

• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.

• Knowledge of EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions.

• Capability to use AI ethically to enhance productivity while upholding quality and compliance standards.

• MBA is a plus.

• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
