Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee successful project execution from inception to completion.

• Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Create comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource distribution, budgets, and risk management strategies.

• Coordinate with cross-functional project teams and clarify roles and responsibilities for each member.

• Track progress, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues effectively.

• Conduct regular meetings, monitor tasks, and ensure follow-up on actions taken.

• Act as the main communication contact for the project and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure that all deliverables comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Address conflicts and lead project review sessions.

• Manage project closure activities, handover processes, documentation, and post-project evaluations.

• Identify opportunities for and implement improvements in processes and methodologies.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while applying best practices in project management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating projects, preferably within an MSP environment.

• Familiarity with MFA or IT security projects is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to follow up and drive tasks to completion.

• Consistently achieves high customer satisfaction ratings.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Excellent attention to detail throughout all phases of a project.

• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with teams and clients.

• Skilled in fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication.

• Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) is necessary.

• Police Check is required.
