Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, organize, supervise, and ensure the comprehensive execution and delivery of platform implementations that enhance utilization management, prior authorization, and clinical workflows.

• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams across the organization to fulfill specified requirements and achieve the company's strategic goals.

• Oversee the entire project life cycle, encompassing requirements analysis, project planning and scheduling, resource management, budgeting, execution, deployment, and project closure.

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management methodologies and tools.

• Develop and uphold the corporate project management framework and departmental procedures.

• Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders and external agencies.

• Engage in negotiations with stakeholders to identify necessary resources, address issues, and mitigate risks.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align with stakeholder expectations and achieve company objectives.

• Provide both functional and technical expertise across various business and technical domains.

• Oversee the creation of project deliverables, including design documents, testing plans, training materials, and operational documentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, particularly with departmental-specific projects.

• Prior experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience that includes hiring, training, assigning tasks, and managing employee performance.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Experience in healthcare and managed care is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred.

• Significant experience with payer core platforms, UM/CM, clinical workflows, or other major healthcare platforms is highly preferred.
