Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of various customer projects.

• Build and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.

• Oversee communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create and maintain project plans that encompass scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with established milestones.

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Handle scope modifications, budget revisions, and timeline adjustments through established change control procedures.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation effectively.

• Keep project documentation up to date, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned.

• Provide consistent updates to leadership and customers.

• Implement industry best practices and continuous improvement techniques to enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 6–9 years of experience in project management.

• Experience in a SaaS company is required, including roles in implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments.

• Familiarity with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or similar financial software is highly desirable.

• Ability to comprehend SaaS solutions, data integration principles, and enterprise IT environments.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making proficiency.

• A proactive mindset for identifying and addressing project risks.

• PMP certification is an advantage, though not mandatory.
