Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status updates.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment and accountability.

• Recognize and address project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Manage changes in project scope and facilitate decision-making processes.

• Organize project meetings and relay progress to leadership.

• Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

• Assist in change management and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Collaborate with business, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage risks, facilitate communication, and support organizational change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least three (3) years of experience in project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple projects and engaging with various stakeholder groups.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with HIPAA and regulated environments is preferred.

• Prior experience in supporting system implementations, strategic initiatives, or operational improvement projects is preferred.
