Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through both the discovery and implementation phases to guarantee effective utilization of the Bridgeway software suite.

• Support customers during the transition from one system to another while managing organizational change.

• Ensure alignment of projects with overarching business goals.

• Develop comprehensive work plans.

• Oversee project teams, milestones, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, scope, margins, and billable utilization.

• Direct client implementations of proprietary software from the project initiation phase through to go-live and transition into support.

• Handle communication, escalations, and expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Create, monitor, and revise project plans, schedules, budgets, and estimates using a professional services automation platform.

• Anticipate project financials and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.

• Generate and sustain thorough project documentation.

• Engage in activities aimed at process enhancement.

• Collaborate with teams across professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services/hosting.

• Lead the gathering of requirements, estimation, and proposal development.

• Coordinate requirements, handoffs from engineering, integrations, training, and knowledge transfer.

• Monitor project portfolio performance against key metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in planning and managing the implementation of enterprise-level software or IT consulting projects for external clients, with full responsibility for budget and schedule.

• Capability to work on complex projects that demand creativity and effective workload prioritization.

• Demonstrated ability to address problems with innovative solutions.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of resourcefulness.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, projects, and principles.

• Experience managing projects using an online professional services automation tool such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView or SmartSheet.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Experience utilizing generative AI tools like Claude and Copilot to enhance productivity and achieve high-quality results.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
