Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client implementations of proprietary software from the initial project kick-off to go-live and subsequent transition to support.

• Manage communications, escalations, and stakeholder expectations both internally and externally.

• Create project plans and consistently monitor and update schedules, budgets, and project estimates.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while accurately forecasting project financials.

• Monitor, assess, and predict resource requirements to achieve project objectives.

• Manage project scope in relation to contract deliverables, maintain margin goals, and achieve billable utilization targets.

• Identify project risks that may impact budget, timeline, and efficiency, and devise mitigation strategies.

• Generate and maintain detailed project documentation.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accelerate time-to-market.

• Conduct risk management analyses.

• Collaborate with teams across professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services/hosting.

• Lead requirements gathering, estimation, and proposal development.

• Define requirements and facilitate the handoff and integration with the engineering team.

• Organize training and knowledge transfer to Client Services.

• Monitor project portfolio performance against key metrics and suggest areas for efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in planning and managing the implementation of enterprise-level software or IT consulting projects for external clients, with responsibility for budget and schedule.

• Capability to tackle challenging projects requiring creativity and effective workload prioritization.

• Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to problems.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, practices, and principles.

• Experience in managing projects through an online professional services automation tool such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView or SmartSheet.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
