Project Manager, Web Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake of project and task requests, evaluate the scope, and delegate work according to team capacity and expertise.

• Assist teams in ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards, conducting QA checks prior to client delivery.

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients to align on expectations and project specifications.

• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and proactively address any roadblocks that arise.

• Encourage collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of web projects.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives.

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to align with client goals and agency standards.

• Work in collaboration with design, development, and other PDM services teams.

• Coordinate project pods, collaborate with Account Directors, assign tasks, prioritize workloads, allocate resources, and clarify timelines and project requirements.

• Manage a varied client portfolio that includes project-based engagements and ongoing retainer agreements.

• Maintain 85% of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from the client portfolio.

• Serve as Account Manager across additional accounts as needed.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for project management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university, or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience equivalent.

• 2-4 years of experience in an agency setting.

• 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects.

• In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in web design and user experience (UX).

• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify platforms.

• Basic understanding of web-based programming languages such as Java, HTML, or PHP is preferred.

• Strong capability to infuse creativity and innovation into web projects.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Experience collaborating with teams consisting of 10 or more members.
