This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee panel-exclusive and full-service survey projects from initiation to final data file delivery.
• Track quotas, feasibility, and response rates effectively.
• Offer insights on survey design, sampling strategies, and fieldwork approaches.
• Act as the main contact for clients and third-party vendors for sample and translation services.
• Manage client expectations, project timelines, scope, and budget constraints.
• Perform data quality assessments and cleaning using Excel.
• Uphold GDPR, CCPA, and PII protection regulations.
• Provide coverage during Pacific Time hours, including late-day project launches for Eastern Time.
• Ensure smooth transitions between project phases.
• Monitor profit margins and vendor expenses closely.
• Coordinate the final reconciliation of billing.
• Establish yourself as a trustworthy research partner by anticipating potential challenges and delivering high-quality quantitative research results.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quantitative market research, overseeing projects from questionnaire programming to final data delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
• Practical experience with panel/sample providers, survey programming or hosting, fieldwork, and data quality management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing PII in compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, including GDPR and/or CCPA.
• Highly resourceful and proactive, able to handle ambiguity and resolve complex issues independently.
• Availability for standard working hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time, with occasional flexibility for project launches or urgent client requirements.
• Preferred: Experience in expert networks, primary research, or fast-paced research environments.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, Decipher/Forsta, and Monday.com.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Required to undergo thorough screening and pre-employment checks, including a comprehensive background investigation.
