This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
• Assume complete ownership and responsibility for the successful execution of assigned IRT projects from initiation through to completion.
• Ensure that project deliverables are finalized on time, within budget, and conform to established quality standards.
• Develop and sustain strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact, delivering proactive communication and expert guidance on project matters.
• Operate independently with high levels of productivity while effectively juggling multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and proactively address project risks, formulating mitigation strategies to reduce project impacts.
• Oversee project financials, including revenue, forecasting, change orders, and profitability management.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, regulatory standards, company SOPs, and quality management processes.
• Promote continuous improvement by spotting opportunities to refine processes and tools.
• Deliver precise project status updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Interactive Response Technology (IRT) or similar systems and projects within the clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial procedures, ICH-GCP, and relevant regulatory requirements governing IRT systems.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional, matrix teams and efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional project planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a history of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Proven expertise in risk management, issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions in a dynamic, client-oriented environment.
• Strong dedication to quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
