Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business, operations, product, engineering, compliance, and vendor teams to drive initiatives from concept to execution.

• Collect, analyze, and document comprehensive business, operational, and technical requirements.

• Convert unclear business needs into defined scope, requirements, deliverables, milestones, and project plans.

• Define project scope, criteria for success, timelines, and implementation strategies.

• Oversee the delivery of key cross-functional initiatives.

• Manage project plans, dependencies, and risk logs.

• Lead planning sessions, retrospectives, and working groups across various time zones and departments.

• Assist in the development and ongoing management of the Customer Operations and AI project portfolio.

• Formulate contingency plans and model project scenarios to navigate risks and uncertainties.

• Monitor risk triggers and revise plans to uphold project integrity.

• Provide clarity in ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives through structured documentation and effective communication.

• Design streamlined processes and identify gaps in ownership or execution.

• Serve as a reliable execution partner without formal ownership.

• Influence stakeholders, promote accountability, and align cross-functional teams through strong relationships and consistent follow-through.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, delivery management, or operations.

• Preferred experience in sports betting, gaming, or other highly regulated industries.

• Familiarity with Customer Care, Risk, Payment Operations, or other operational functions is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering to execution.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the capability to influence without direct authority.

• Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive results in fast-paced environments.

• Knowledge of project management frameworks, best practices for delivery, and principles of risk management.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-powered tools to improve project delivery, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Workfront, JIRA, or similar tools.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.

• Legal authorization to work for the company in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.

• Compliance with applicable gaming licensing requirements and maintenance of required licensure is mandatory.
