This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
β’ Act as the Project Manager for the client success and growth team.
β’ Organize and monitor all project deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
β’ Assist clients in transforming their organizations to better align with their business strategies.
β’ Provide leadership and direction to both clients and internal project teams.
β’ Supervise and evaluate the project plan for the client success and growth workstream.
β’ Monitor project deliverables and dependencies to ensure that commitments are met.
β’ Aid in the integration of the workplan with the overall engagement workplan.
β’ Identify interdependencies, conflicts, and impacts within the project.
β’ Manage relationships with client contacts, project team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
β’ Create, review, distribute, and present reports on project status and readiness assessments.
β’ Track and monitor action items, issues, risks, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Develop memos addressing project issues and risks as necessary.
β’ Facilitate and actively participate in staff and team meetings.
β’ Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
β’ Report directly to senior leaders within the Medicaid Practice Group.
β’ Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
β’ Experience in project management related to State Medicaid and other HHS programs, such as TANF, SNAP, and Child Welfare.
β’ Proven experience in project management for large enterprise implementations.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or higher is required.
β’ At least three years of experience working for or with a State Medicaid Agency.
β’ Capability to manage daily project team activities, assignments, and schedules.
β’ Strong skills in meeting facilitation.
β’ Ability to lead effectively and thrive in a team environment.
β’ Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
β’ Knowledge of quality assurance/control procedures, including the review of project deliverables.
β’ Proactive approach to problem management.
β’ Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
β’ Experience in developing, editing, and presenting summaries, reports, and complex information and data.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and Zoom or similar webinar tools.
β’ Familiarity with standard document repositories like MS SharePoint.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
