Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they align with business goals, schedules, and budgetary limits.

• Manage several simultaneous projects while ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.

• Recognize, evaluate, and proactively address project risks and obstacles; maintain an active risk log and escalate issues with proposed solutions.

• Handle relationships with vendors and third parties, including monitoring SLAs and delivery commitments.

• Implement Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage workflows, uphold healthy backlogs, and guarantee iterative delivery.

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Oversee billing, time tracking, budget management, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Plan and enhance resource allocation.

• Lead and assist cross-functional teams through performance coaching, effective communication, and structured problem-solving.

• Create and maintain timelines, risk registers, status reports, RACI matrices, and resource allocation strategies.

• Provide project updates, escalate concerns, and share strategic insights with senior management and stakeholders.

• Utilize Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Jira automation to enhance delivery efficiency, reporting, documentation, and risk identification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing software development projects throughout the entire SDLC.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

• Practical experience with JIRA and Notion for project tracking and documentation purposes.

• Proven experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) in a professional project delivery environment.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in English (C1/C2).

• Must be located in Latin America.

• Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead is advantageous.

• Familiarity with software development workflows, such as version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, API concepts, or sprint-level technical reviews, is a plus.

• Experience in delivering software projects focused on AI, ML, or data-driven solutions is a bonus.

• Understanding of prompt engineering applied to documentation, reporting, or team productivity workflows is a plus.
