Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the transition of customers into managed services.

• Ensure that accurate contract details are recorded in the ServiceNow platform, including non-MS MRC contracts.

• Coordinate transition activities with end customers.

• Oversee order fulfillment for hardware appliances.

• Communicate service transition milestones to Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Towers.

• Anticipate and plan transition activities using pipeline information, renewal dashboard, and PMO activities.

• Manage contract cancellation processes.

• Notify stakeholders of go-live and billing commencement dates.

• Assist in project initiation, cost management, communications, status reporting, quality management/monitoring, resource management, and risk management.

• Engage regularly with onsite and offshore teams as well as clients.

• Coordinate status updates through daily and weekly conference calls.

• Maintain positive relationships with onsite teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience in supporting project management activities within telecom projects.

• Capability to effectively lead in a dynamic, cross-functional, global, and hybrid work environment.

• Experience in executing project management tasks from offshore, encompassing project initiation, cost management, communication, status preparation, quality management/monitoring, resource management, and risk management.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Visio, Microsoft Project Planning, and JIRA.

• Strong understanding of methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.

• Proficient in creating reports, presentations, and documents, and utilizing tools and software for project data and financial management.

• Regular interaction with onsite and offshore teams and clients is essential.

• Ability to coordinate status updates during daily and weekly conference calls.
