Project Manager – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and support various cross-functional Agile teams utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, align scope with business objectives, and oversee dependencies.

• Drive sprint and release planning to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate efforts across teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to eliminate blockers and align delivery goals.

• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and progress towards objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Facilitate estimation activities and assist in planning using Agile project management tools.

• Mentor teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and address delivery risks, impediments, and process inefficiencies.

• Cultivate accountability, collaboration, transparency, and a culture of continuous learning.

• Support a US healthcare client in delivering digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise system integration initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or in a similar Agile leadership role.

• Significant experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.

• Proven track record of supporting multiple Agile teams within complex enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Practical experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.

• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed team environments.

• Certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification are a plus.

• Experience in supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives is desirable.

• Experience working with internationally distributed teams is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks is beneficial.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices is a plus.
