Project Manager, Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor multiple cross-functional Agile teams in delivering projects utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.

• Facilitate key events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) sessions.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee product backlogs, prioritize tasks, align project scope with business goals, and manage dependencies.

• Drive sprint and release planning to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to eliminate obstacles and align delivery objectives.

• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and progress toward objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Facilitate estimation activities and assist in planning through Agile project management tools.

• Coach teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement practices.

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, impediments, and inefficiencies in processes.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and a culture of continuous learning.

• Support digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise system integration projects for a U.S. healthcare client.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or in a related Agile leadership position.

• Extensive experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.

• Proven track record supporting multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise settings.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Practical experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile project management tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a knack for influencing across various organizational levels.

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

• Ability to enhance team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.

• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives is advantageous.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks is desirable.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices is a plus.
