Project Manager, Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and support several cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful delivery utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, align scope with business objectives, and oversee dependencies.

• Drive sprint and release planning activities to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate across teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to eliminate blockers and synchronize delivery goals.

• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and progress in relation to objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Facilitate estimation activities and support planning practices using Agile project management tools.

• Mentor teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and address delivery risks, impediments, and process inefficiencies.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and ongoing learning.

• Assist a US healthcare client in digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise system integration initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a role such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or similar Agile leadership position.

• Extensive experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.

• Proven track record of supporting multiple Agile teams within complex enterprise settings.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Practical experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to enhance team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.

• Experience in supporting the healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives is a plus.

• Experience working with globally dispersed teams is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks is beneficial.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices is an advantage.
