Project Manager – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist several cross-functional Agile teams in delivering projects through Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee product backlogs, prioritize tasks, align scope with business goals, and manage interdependencies.

• Drive sprint and release planning to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate among teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to eliminate obstacles and align delivery objectives.

• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and progress towards objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Facilitate estimation activities and support planning with Agile project management tools.

• Coach teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and ongoing improvement.

• Identify and address delivery risks, impediments, and process inefficiencies.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a role such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or another Agile leadership position.

• Extensive experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.

• Proven track record of supporting multiple Agile teams within complex enterprise settings.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Practical experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to influence all organizational levels.

• Experience fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to enhance team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.

• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or comparable Agile certification (preferred).

• Experience in supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated sectors (preferred).

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives (preferred).

• Experience working with globally distributed teams (preferred).

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks (preferred).

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary software delivery practices (preferred).
