Project Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) project.

• Manage project activities, schedules, and deliverables for assigned initiatives.

• Monitor project advancements and uphold timelines, milestones, and action items.

• Generate project status reports, updates, and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Organize project meetings, capturing decisions and follow-up actions.

• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders.

• Advocate for equity-focused and community-informed project methodologies.

• Recognize project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business, focusing on project coordination and/or stakeholder engagement; OR Associate's degree with four (4) years of experience in the same fields; OR Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Residency in North Carolina is mandatory.

• Ability to travel within the designated catchment area as needed.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship now or in the future.

• All applicants must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
