Project Management Principles – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 30-35 undergraduate online students.

• Assist in developing learning skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.

• Direct students to appropriate reference materials.

• Conduct a 2-hour session on either Monday or Tuesday.

• Evaluate assessments and provide comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums.

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges.

• Communicate with students via email, phone calls, or online sessions from a location that suits you.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a focus on Project Management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the corporate sector.

• At least 3 years of teaching experience in relevant disciplines.

• Familiarity and expertise in Business Analytics.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is preferred.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• A functioning laptop.

• Access to a stable high-speed internet connection (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university's LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability on Monday or Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (IST).

• Willingness to respond to student inquiries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week.
