Project Management Officer – Web3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between Product and Engineering by interpreting priorities, highlighting dependencies, and harmonizing scope, trade-offs, and timelines

• Take ownership of project plans, monitor milestones, drive estimated time of arrivals (ETAs), and ensure timely completion of initiatives

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering leaders

• Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, and inter-team synchronizations

• Recognize risks and obstacles, escalate concerns, and lead resolutions

• Function as a reliable point of contact among teams and promote collaborative efforts

• Deliver status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reports to leadership

• Enhance PMO processes, tools, and rituals to enable teams to deliver more efficiently with less friction

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in program management, technical program management, or PMO roles within technology or product-oriented firms

• A genuine enthusiasm for Web3 and wallet infrastructure

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects to completion between Product and Engineering

• A warm, empathetic, people-oriented approach with the ability to foster trust

• Results-oriented, capable of advancing timelines and holding teams accountable

• Sufficient technical knowledge to comprehend engineering trade-offs and establish credibility with engineers

• Outstanding communication abilities to align stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives

• Highly organized and adept at imposing structure on ambiguous situations

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar platforms

• Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment

• Must have authorization to work in the country of residence

• Must not require visa sponsorship; the organization is unable to sponsor visas

• Previous experience in Web3 trading or investment
