📋 Description

• Lead and manage intricate projects that significantly impact the business, from strategic planning to execution.

• Guide transformation and change management initiatives within the organization.

• Ensure the successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.

• Implement a standardized global project management methodology to optimize project execution and foster cross-functional collaboration.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or leading change initiatives, especially in the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management sectors.

• Proficient in various project management and agile software development methodologies.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert broad visions into practical, actionable plans.

• Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to navigate complex project challenges.

• Strong skills in executive reporting and presentations.
