This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all dimensions of cross-functional programs and projects to achieve sustainable business results on schedule and within financial limits.
• Provide support to the Insurance organization in a Shared Services role.
• Collaborate with business owners and project sponsors to clarify project scope.
• Develop project charters with established milestones and create implementation strategies along with project plans.
• Identify involved stakeholders, secure necessary resources, facilitate meetings, and coordinate activities to meet business goals.
• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, build, test, deploy, and closure.
• Implement internal processes and uphold project standards, including Charters, RACI Matrices, Status Reports, Project Plans, and Risk/Issues Tracking.
• Prepare and comprehend business case details.
• Collaborate with business owners to draft project deliverables.
• Construct plans encompassing scope, time, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project plans to ensure timely deliverables.
• Supervise the execution of planned tasks by team members.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all executive leadership levels to effectively manage engagement.
• Review expectations and deliverables prepared by senior leadership and business owners.
• Create meeting agendas, project documentation, and action items.
• Lead regular status meetings with business owners, project teams, and steering committees.
• Report on progress concerning project deliverables and milestones.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Address or escalate issues promptly.
• Manage procurements and finalize contracts.
• Ensure quality assessments for work products.
• Secure customer approval for project deliverables.
• Prepare transition activities to maintain results, realize benefits, and finalize organizational change management.
• Document and archive project knowledge for future reference.
• Redisperse team members upon project completion.
• Recognize the need for Change Management and advocate for integration points.
• Analyze ADKAR model results and identify barriers.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio or similar process mapping tools.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience as a Change Management practitioner.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-scale programs and/or projects in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to manage stakeholders and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Proficient in facilitating meetings with various participants while capturing essential information.
• Ability to construct, maintain, and execute tasks within a project plan.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and facilitating focus group meetings.
• Capacity to quickly learn and manage new projects with limited prior knowledge or expertise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping tools like Visio.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
