This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Facilitate delivery activities resembling Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies, encompassing sprint planning, backlog refinement, team coordination, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and support for program-increment planning.
β’ Create and manage the Agile Project Roadmap, which includes scope, prioritized epics and features, an integrated master schedule, milestones, dependencies, work breakdown structure, resource plan, communications plan, risks, quality, change control, and configuration management.
β’ Oversee the NAVSUP Azure DevOps backlog and ensure bidirectional traceability to PWS sections and deliverables.
β’ Maintain ownership of work items, including estimates, effort, status, dates, dependencies, acceptance criteria, risks, and approval status; configure dashboards and queries; and prepare ADO exports.
β’ Coordinate efforts across Informatica, MuleSoft, AWS, database management, testing, cybersecurity, documentation, training, and sustainment activities.
β’ Identify dependencies and obstacles, maintain records of actions and decisions, and escalate issues with suggested options.
β’ Keep the integrated deliverable schedule and review calendar updated; coordinate reviews, comment resolutions, resubmissions, and Government acceptance records.
β’ Compile the Monthly Status Report and related management data; coordinate invoice support with authorized contracts and billing personnel.
β’ Maintain documentation related to project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, changes, configuration-control actions, lessons learned, and project management documentation.
β’ Develop, edit, organize, trace, and uphold technical documentation, including plans, installation and configuration guides, integration runbooks, API specifications, OpenAPI/Swagger artifacts, security evidence, architecture diagrams, backup and recovery materials, training products, governance guides, and configuration records.
β’ Manage document and knowledge repositories within Azure DevOps and related wikis.
β’ Coordinate training and knowledge transfer schedules, materials, demonstrations, recordings, attendance records, reports, FAQs, action items, and documentation updates.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information systems, computer science, technical communication, or a related field is preferred; a combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Management Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar delivery positions on technical programs.
β’ Practical experience administering Agile workflows in Microsoft Azure DevOps or a similar tool.
β’ Proven experience in translating contractual or program requirements into roadmaps, integrated schedules, work breakdown structures, epics, features, user stories or product backlog items, tasks, milestones, and measurable completion criteria.
β’ Experience in facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, cross-functional working sessions, and stakeholder coordination.
β’ Familiarity with project controls and reporting, including schedule management, deliverable tracking, risk and issue management, action and decision logs, change control, configuration control, status reporting, and performance metrics.
β’ Excellent technical writing, editing, organization, facilitation, and communication skills.
β’ Current DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II baseline certification at the onset of performance: CompTIA Security+ CE or a PWS-listed equivalent (CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, or CND).
β’ U.S. citizenship is required.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation at the T3 level, CAC, SAAR, Government accounts, mandatory training, and necessary NAVSUP system access.
β’ Preferred experience with Agile DevSecOps delivery involving AWS or AWS GovCloud, enterprise platforms, APIs, data governance, data integration, automated testing, RMF/ATO, or sustainment operations.
β’ Preferred experience in developing or managing Government technical deliverables, monthly status reports, invoice-support documentation, review-comment matrices, controlled repositories, and audit-ready traceability.
β’ Preferred experience in producing or coordinating technical plans, procedures, runbooks, architecture or process diagrams, training materials, and knowledge-transfer records.
β’ Previous experience in a DoD, Department of the Navy, NAVSUP, or regulated Government technology environment is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint or Flank Speed, and reporting or visualization tools is preferred.
β’ CSM or PSM certification and SAFe certification are desired.
