Project Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee performance dashboards; evaluate event triggers/alerts and decide on the appropriate follow-up for the Project Leader or other departments.

• Organize project timelines and ensure prompt updates of critical milestones; collaborate with the Project Leader on related conference calls.

• Facilitate and assist with risk and issue management.

• Oversee project finances, encompassing Estimate at Completion, monthly expenditures, invoices, and reconciliations.

• Guarantee adherence to Vendor and Purchase Order Management protocols.

• Establish and maintain baseline and change control procedures.

• Deliver timely and precise data regarding cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders, and quality to aid decision-making.

• Create and sustain pertinent sections of Project Management Plans.

• Assess and assist with project resource allocation within budget constraints.

• Draft correspondence and meeting notes for project teams and clients.

• Arrange and facilitate meetings for internal project teams and clients.

• Generate project status reports and presentation materials.

• Oversee and coordinate core file reviews and assist with audits; ensure compliance with eTMF filing.

• Manage project-specific eTraining and ensure compliance.

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new key project team members and manage system access.

• Track project metrics and update IQVIA systems for accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

• Engage in regional initiatives to support the PMA community and foster personal growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

• Generally requires 2+ years of relevant prior experience.

• Understanding of principles, theories, and concepts related to the job area, typically acquired through advanced education.

• Preferably, 1 year of relevant clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills, relevant Project Management experience, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.

• Previous experience in a consulting firm is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level is essential due to daily usage.
