Project Management Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Support the progress of projects as Gainwell enables clients to achieve improved health and human services outcomes through innovative technology.

• Lead one or more large project management teams by deconstructing extensive technological programs and aiding in project staffing.

• Drive project planning, monitoring, and supervision of assigned personnel by offering guidance and establishing deadlines.

• Engage with clients, company, and project team leadership, evaluating and disseminating project metrics and updates.

• Suggest program modifications as necessary.

• Develop project timelines, program definitions, budgets, and objectives throughout all phases of the project.

• Oversee project management for non-direct reports by identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

• Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and support new proposal initiatives and business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a complete project management life cycle.

• Preferred 3 or more years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare.

• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Contemporary knowledge of budget development, control, and assurance practices.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Capability to translate broader program goals into clear and attainable project scope and milestones.

• Leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

• Excellent executive presentation abilities.

• Skill to communicate project priorities and inspire both direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to take action.
