• Management of projects within audiovisual settings and conference facilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in audiovisual settings and conference facilities.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in service and process management.

• At least 1 year of experience focused on user experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality management practices.

• At least 1 year of experience in providing technical customer support.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operating collaborative environments.

• A completed higher education degree.

• ITIL 4 certification required.

• Experience in delivering user experience training.
