• Management of projects within audiovisual and conference room settings

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in audiovisual and conference room settings

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in process and service management

• At least 1 year of experience in user experience (UX)

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality management

• At least 1 year of experience in technical customer support

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing collaborative environments

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher education credential

• ITIL 4 certification

• Experience in providing user experience training
